David Goldfarb CBC, President
A graduate of the University of Texas, David Goldfarb is the founder and principal of DSG. He is an active member in several industry associations that include DAHU, TAHU, NAHU, NAIFA, NAABC, and NCPA. He has received numerous awards, most notably, the National Association of Health Underwriters’ “Golden Eagle Award” – the highest recognition bestowed upon an individual who has demonstrated professional excellence in health and disability income insurance. 2012 will be the ninth consecutive year for David to win this award. Always to share his research, knowledge and thoughts on the subject of employee benefits, David is frequently invited to speak for numerous professional associations. In addition to his industry involvement, David is a devoted supporter of the community, especially with nonprofit organizations. He is a charter member of the TACA Corporate Council, an active member of The Center for Nonprofit Management, and a member of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce.
Jason Sandler CBC, Employee Benefit Consultant
Jason Sandler has been an integral component of DSG Benefits since joining in 2005. Prior to DSG, Jason spent four years managing a Human Resources department for a local commercial real estate firm. He was directly involved with the day-to-day administration of the benefits package and worked directly with agents in negotiating and designing the most suitable plan for employees. Jason’s firsthand experience and strong knowledge in Human Resources and employee benefits has proved critical to the success of DSG. His ability to speak with employers, relate to and understand the challenges that small to medium-sized businesses face on a daily basis translate to a more valuable benefits plan for clients. Jason currently sits on the board for Community Homes for Adults Inc. (CHAI), a non-profit organization, as well as the Akiba Academy Alumni Board and Alumni Board for Greenhill School.
Cory Sadler, Employee Benefits Consultant
Cory's background in Human Resources paired with experience as an Insurance Consultant for both large and small employers offers a candy dish of experience spanning over 15 years for all things concerned with Employee Benefits. Cory graduated Cum Laude from the University fo Phoenix. She actively follows industry specific groups such as Health Care Reform's Effect on Health Insurance in the US, National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), and Linked HR. She was included in a MVP program in 2010 consisting of Consultants nationwide for a leading ancillary carrier to discuss emerging topics in a consortium on Employee Benefit progrmas. Cory currently resides in Flower Mound with her Fiance and their 4 children where she is active in local community events and progams in both Allen and Flower Mound.
Linda Walker, Senior Account Executive
Linda Walker brings more than 10 years of insurance and benefits expertise to DSG Benefits Group. Linda has extensive experience working in the self-funded market, especially in client management and the renewal and marketing processes involved in self-funded arrangements. Most recently Linda spent two years as a Senior Mid-Market Analyst overseeing all aspects of carrier relationship management from Pre-Renewal Strategy through the completion of the renewal process. Prior to her role as a Senior Mid-Market Analyst, Linda worked for 8 years in account management working directly with clients and assisting them and their employees with all of their day-to-day benefit needs. A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Linda enjoys spending time actively volunteering at her church and in the community....and of course supporting the SMU Ponies. A native Texan, she spends much of her free time on her family's farm in Southeast Texas.
Lisa Pulliam, Operations Manager
Lisa Pulliam is the Operations Manager for DSG Benefits Group, LLC. Lisa has worked in accounting and general office operations for more than 25 years. Lisa worked as the Director of Finance for a product development firm in Plano for eleven years. Prior to that, she worked in various financial positions for an oil drilling company. Her responsibilities at DSG Benefits Group encompass many aspects of our business, including financial reporting, payroll, human resources, HIPAA and HITECH compliance to name a few. Lisa is active in her church and loves spending time with her family.

Linda Fraley, Senior Account Executive
Linda Fraley has spent more than 25 years in the insurance and employee benefits industry. Her first 19 years were spent working for insurance carriers where she was involved in processing claims and eligibility feeds for companies with more than 5000 employees. She was in charge of coordinating collections between the carriers and hospitals. For the past seven years, Linda has worked for both larger and smaller brokerage firms as an Account Executive. Linda’s primary role is working directly with clients to assist them with any and all service needs.
Janie Cervantes, Senior Account Executive
Janie Cervantes has spent more than a decade in the insurance and employee benefits industry. In fact, her first nine years were spent working for the largest general agency in the nation where she oversaw new business implementation and worked with various companies applying for coverage with Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Humana, Unicare and more. Janie’s extensive background and familiarity with many of the largest insurance carriers has proved to be a valuable asset for DSG and its clients, as does her fluency in both Spanish and English –enabling us to ensure thorough communication with Spanish-speaking clients and their employees.
Michael Ramey, Account Executive 
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Michael Ramey graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning and Resources. Michael is a firm believer in Consumer Driven Health Plans and likes to promote these plans in comparison to traditional co-pay plans. Prior to joining DSG, Michael has spent 2 years as a benefit’s consultant for other Dallas insurance brokers and was an intern at Northwestern Mutual for a year. Michael has gained experience in both small and large group atmospheres and is great when it comes to handling claims issues for clients. Michael is very active in his community by volunteering his time and playing an active role in his local church.
Julie Franklin, Marketing Coordinator 
Julie Franklin has spent 18 years in the employee benefits industry as a Senior Rating Specialist with one insurance carrier. She was involved with customer service, new business processing, quoting, software development, the training of new personnel and underwriting. She was in charge of of the quote process of prospective clients for multiple offices. Julie has a fierce commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Dee Greenwood, Account Executive 
Dee Greenwood brings more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry to DSG. Dee spent her first 8 years working for one of the largest carrier's in Texas, Blue Cross and Blue Shield. During her tenure with BCBSTX she spent 5 years as an Individual Medical Underwriter. Dee has also worked at one of the largest general agencies, Benefit Mall, for 3 years. There she worked on New Business installation, small group account management, and individual health business. Most recently Dee has worked at a local financial planning agency as an Assistant to VP of Sales. There she oversaw new business as well as renewals for small group. She has built strong carrier relationships and has vast experience with various companies such as Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Humana, United Healthcare and more. Dee currently resides in Wylie with her two children and is active in church and spending time with family.
Kimberly Waggoner, Account Executive
Kimberly was born and raised in Texas and brings more than 15 years of insurance experience to DSG. Kimberly has previous experience with all sides of insurance from the carrier, to contracting for doctors and working at different brokerage firms. Kimberly enjoys helping people learn about their insurance and becoming a better consumer. She actively follows the Health Care Reform's effect on today's health insurance. She is a member of DAHU and has her Small Group Designation. She lives in McKinney, Texas with her husband of over 17 years, her two kids and 3 dogs. Kimberly is very active with her kids' schools and her local community.
